The reception desk is open from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m., if you think that you will arrive later than that, please contact with us beforehand, there is a surcharge fee of 15 € / hour of delay.
You can cancel a reservation 5 days before your arrival, after that date you will be charged for one night’s stay.
We have cots available upon request and availability. It has no cost but it has to be included in your reservation and for children under 2 years
The most convenient way to get to our establishment is by car, as the Granada Sierra Nevada bus can stop at our doors if you ask the driver, but we cannot guarantee that there will be any vacancies.
It consists of a menu to choose from first course, second, dessert and bread.
Drinks are not included.

Sorry, but at the moment you would have to buy it at the Cetursa Ticket offices or on the website www.sierranevada.es.
